FOR AD CREATION:
Please supply artwork (high-resolution files are required in PDF, JPG, JPEG format). Text for ad can be uploaded in the "Text for Ad Creation" field below. The form will allow upload of up to 3 files (20 Mb max.).

PAYMENTS:
You will receive an emailed invoice from Brooks Jeffrey for your ad placement.
Payment is due with order. Make checks payable to Brooks Jeffrey. Space is not held until payment is received.
