SERC and State Officers, please use this online form to provide information for your printed bios featured in the SERCulator.

This form will allow you to upload portrait photo(s) to accompany your bio (PDF, JPG, JPEG). Please have your photos ready to upload prior to starting the form. High-res files are required. The form will allow upload of up to 3 files max. (20 Mb total).

NOTE: At upcoming SERC-NAHRO Conferences, one of Brooks Jeffrey's photographers will be available to take your FREE portrait (available to all SERC-NAHRO Officers & NAHRO State Association Officers).
